MEET + JAMBOARD CUSTOMER TRAINING

Helping enterprises and educators connect, collaborate and jam on.

Challenge

 

Google is known for connecting people and ideas. Their Hangouts Meet video chat software and hardware bring people face-to-face. Jamboard, a digital whiteboard, helps them collaborate on their best ideas—from anywhere in the world.

Only one problem. People weren't using the tools to their full potential.

 

Google wanted to show how these two products could be used to spark creativity in the enterprise and motivate young minds in the classroom.

​

Solution

 

To help people think bigger with Meet and Jamboard, Mindspace created a Google-branded educational microsite and produced a series of inspirational use case videos.

​

In addition, Mindspace partnered with Google to create "Let's Jam"—a printed book full of Jamboard tips, tricks and whiteboarding best practices. 

​

Now learners have a one-stop shop to find helpful inspiration on how Google can turn their good ideas into great ideas.

Hey Google, let's create a story together

 

Over several weeks, Mindspace gathered real-life use cases, wrote scripts, built sets (including a classroom) and produced several use case and how-to videos.   

​

All were focused around telling real stories and showing people (not products) as the real heroes. Check out a couple of our favorites below.
